Your Responsibilities
As Hotel Manager, you are the driving force behind our operations. With passion, professionalism, and an open mindset, you lead the team and ensure seamless daily performance.
Your key responsibilities:
- Full operational and strategic responsibility for the hotel
- Leading, motivating, and developing all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales)
- Ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
- Budgeting, financial control, and reporting to the management board
- Developing and implementing creative concepts to increase revenue and brand awareness
- Representing the hotel internally and externally
Your Profile
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Several years of experience in a management role within the hotel industry
- Passion for modern hospitality and innovative guest experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High sense of responsibility and hands-on attitude
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
