Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a visionary, energetic Hotel Operations leader to help us build our operational structures, inspire our teams, and drive our growth across multiple properties.
What is in it for you:
- Overall leadership of hotel operations across all properties, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
- Build and lead the Operations department from the ground up, developing processes, structures, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with General Managers and functional teams (Rooms, F&B, Finance, HR, Sales)
- Oversee pre-openings of new hotels, including planning, team recruitment, and operational setup
- Monitor and manage key operational metrics, including guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance
- Inspire and coach operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and guest-centricity
- Act as a visionary thought partner for the executive team, contributing to the strategic growth and long-term direction of the company
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Several years of leadership experience in hotel operations (e.g., Director of Operations, Cluster Manager, or similar)
- Strong understanding of all hotel operational areas, including Rooms, F&B, and Guest Experience
- Energetic, visionary, and passionate about hotels and hospitality
- Experience building teams, structures, and processes in international environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
- Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus
